Olarra is an Australian service operated from Western Australia. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. We handle personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

What we collect

When you join the waitlist we collect the details you provide: your name, your role, and your email address. We also use Vercel Analytics to understand how the site is used. Unless you decline advertising measurement on this page, Meta receives page view and signup events, including a hashed version of your email address, and may use cookies and browser information to match those events to its users. A hashed email address is not anonymous.

How we use it

We use your details to manage the waitlist and to email you about Olarra. You receive a welcome email when you join, followed by occasional updates such as early access and launch news. Unless you have declined advertising measurement, we also use a hashed email identifier to measure the performance of our ads. We do not sell personal information, and we share it only with the providers described in this policy, for the purposes described here.

Where it lives

Waitlist details are stored with Supabase, our database provider. Emails are sent through Resend, the site is hosted on Vercel, and Cloudflare Turnstile protects the signup form from automated abuse. Meta receives advertising events unless you have declined advertising measurement. Each provider processes information under its own terms and privacy policy, and some store data outside Australia.

Your choices

Advertising measurement is on by default. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. To opt out of advertising measurement, or to access, correct, or delete your information, email hello@olarra.com.au. None of these requests affect your place on the waitlist.
