Olarra calculates pay estimates from our interpretation of the applicable industrial instrument and the information you enter. They are intended to help you compare your expected entitlements against your payslip. They are not legal advice, a formal audit, or a binding determination of your rights.

Award and agreement interpretation is complex, and individual circumstances vary. An estimate can be wrong if your situation includes entitlements the app does not model, or if the details you enter are incomplete.

If you think you have been underpaid

Raise it with your employer or payroll team first. You can also contact your union, the Fair Work Ombudsman for employees covered by federal awards, the relevant state industrial relations body for public sector agreements, or seek independent legal advice.
